Sandra Lyon is a liscensed Broker in the Province of Alberta and is also the owner of

First Choice Realty (Ponoka) Ltd.

Sandra was born and raised in Alberta and, along with her husband Barry and their children Carmen & Chanelle, have lived in Ponoka since 1996. While being very active in the community she has served on various committees.

Being in real estate now for the last 4 years, Sandra continues upgrading her knowledge of the real estate industry by further educating herself to help serve her clientele with the best knowledge possible.

Sandra strives to make every experience enjoyable for all clients.

Barry is the newest member to the team, having joined our office in May of 2007. Barry is the husband of Sandra Lyon. Barry looks forward to pursuing a career in real estate and serving the community.

Shari is the friendly face that will greet you upon your arrival into our office. Shari, along with her family have recently moved to Ponoka from Southern Alberta. Shari looks after the administration end of our office for us.
